Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your bouncy castle rental. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your rental, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 72 hours before the rental date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of the rental date, you will forfeit your deposit.
Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule your rental. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental if we believe that weather conditions may put the safety of our customers at risk.
Safety: We take safety seriously and expect our customers to do the same. Please follow all safety instructions provided by our staff, and ensure that children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the bouncy castle.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the bouncy castle during the rental period. Please ensure that the bouncy castle is used in a safe and responsible manner, and that it is not damaged by sharp objects, food, drink, or other foreign substances.
